Fortunately, on some days, I get lucky to train with partners of the fairer kind 🙂
Red Bull X-Alps Training
So the intensity of my Red Bull X-Alps training has now reached another level, just as I thought I was getting on top of things it just keeps on getting harder.
But, as we are getting closer to the start of this magnificent race called the Red Bull X-Alps, the excitement is starting to get the best of me, I can not wait anymore!!! I’ve got about a month of training and Paragliding in Cape Town left and then we will continue with the rest of the training in the Alps.
We will try to cover as much of the route as possible before the race. I’m super excited to meet all the other competitors and compare tactics and strategies for the race. As a rookie, I really appreciate as many tips and information as I can get.
Your next question may possibly be :
So what do you do in between? ‘
I’m lucky enough to be able to fly every minute that it is possible to fly. I fly as much as possible, solo, tandem and acro. As long as I am in the air I’m happy.
